We do not support short-term or mid-term rentals at this time. We are happy to refer local companies that do this well.

Do you offer a discount fee for multiple properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer 9% management for those with 10-19 doors under management and 8% for 20+ doors under management.

What are your tenant rental requirements?

Accepted Answer

Rental requirements are 600+ credit score, 3x monthly rent for gross household income, and a clean background check including no evictions.

What are tenant move-in requirements?

Accepted Answer

Prior to move-in, a lease must be signed, first month's rent and security deposit must be paid.

Do you offer tenant move-in assistance?

Accepted Answer

Moving can be expensive, especially with rents continuing to increase. For highly qualified applicants, in lieu of paying a traditional security deposit, as about our alternative option: Pay $50/mo non-refundable instead. You are still legally obligated to take care of the property and pay rent, but will not have to shell out large security deposits.
